Lovers of art,
On Saturday the 25th of November at 2 pm the exhibition “Olives” by Constantinos Valaes will take place in my gallery.
The artist will be present.
Constantinos Valaes began his studies of fine arts early on. He was taught by Nicholas Kalamvokis (Hagiograph) and Elena Binioti (Professor of the School of Fine Arts) in painting and hagiography. The technique he adopted most was the silversmith and metals sculpture, for which he has a state degree. He is also a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts and was also the curator of the Folklore Museum of Finiki.
His works of art have also been given as honorary awards, such as to Alexandra Tsiavou (bronze medal in the double fight in the light rowing at the Olympic Games in London 2012). As also to Mr Klaus Vaclav (President of the Czech Republic), etc.
He was honored with the gold medal of the “UNESCO Arts, Sciences and Literature of Greece” for his contribution to art, where he has been vice president and head of public relations for two years.
The exhibition lasts until 21 December 2017
I am looking forward to your visit.+info
